Larry C. Liou, Esq.

Larry has been practicing law for over 25 years.  His area of expertise is in employment based immigration such as the EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waiver, EB-3 Schedule A nurses, EB-3 skill workers, and EB-5 investor immigration.  He also has a great deal of expertise in non-immigration visas, such as E-1, E-2, H-1, L-1, TN and R-1.  Throughout his career Larry has built a reputation as an attorney who is extremely competent, attributing his success to a strong work ethic, outstanding attitude, and many years of experience successfully helping clients obtain their immigration goals.

Larry C. Liou is originally from Taiwan where he finished his first law degree and practiced law in civil litigation and admiralty law with Formosa Commercial and Marine Law Office in Taipei.  He later received his LL.M. degree in Admiralty from Tulane and then a separate juris doctorate degree from Loyola.  Since graduating from these schools he has worked for several Caliornia based law firms in both civil litigation and immigration law.
